At ANJU’s, we believe in rewarding our loyal customers. That’s why we’ve introduced the Treat Card – a fantastic way to earn points and enjoy exclusive benefits every time you visit our salon. Here’s everything you need to know about our Treat Card and how it can enhance your salon experience.

How to earn points

Membership is complimentary and the TreatCard rewards add up every time you visit the salon, shop with us or share the love on social.

  • For every £1 spent on services at our salon we’ll give you 1 TreatCard point.
  • For every £1 spent on any of our retail products in salon, we’ll give you 2 TreatCard points.
  • But that’s not all – you can also earn bonus points by leaving reviews and referring friends. The more you engage, the more you earn!
  • You can also track your points on our salon app under the “Account” section, so you’ll know when you’re due for a special treat!   

Our system generates a list of all the Reward Treatments available to you for the points you currently have saved. This list changes every few months, to allow clients to experience different award categories.  Awards range from a choice of treatments, money off vouchers and special treatment prices. 

Points balance can be checked under the ‘account’ section of the salon app.

No. Points have no money value to them.  Points can only be used to Pre-book a treatment from your treatment rewards list and you must have enough points to cover the total points value of the treatment, if you do not have enough points for a particular reward treatment just keep on saving! Do look out for special offers we run which you can exchange your points for a selected product or double points events.


A reward treatment must be pre booked at the salon or on the phone. They are not currently available to book online, and they can not be arranged or added on at your appointment.  Reward points can only be used and redeemed Mon-Thur (excluding bank holidays).  Rewards points can not be redeemed against treatments on offer.  

Points are added when the treatcard is scanned upon checkout.  Treat card must be presented and scanned to receive points at an appointment. Points can only be redeemed if you’re having a paying service that day.

 

Please give us the usual 24 hours notice to cancel your reward appointment, we will then credit your reward account with your points. Failure to give correct notice will result in loss of points. 

Your points will remain active as long as your Treat Card account is active. However, if there is no earning or redeeming activity for a continuous period of 2 years, your points will expire. Stay active and keep enjoying the benefits!

 

 

We may update the terms and conditions of the Treat Card program from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through our website. Make sure to stay informed so you never miss out on any exciting updates or offers.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected for the Treat Card program will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information.


If your Treat Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, don’t worry. Simply notify us at Callisto Style, and we’ll issue a replacement card for a small charge of £5.00. We’ll transfer your remaining points balance to the new card.
