You can use an ANJU Gift Card at ANJU Salon to purchase hair services, treatments and associated hair products. It cannot be used outside this limited network. The ANJU Gift card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash/monetary value.

Your ANJU gift Card will expire one year from the date of issue.  Cards will not be valid after the expiry period and therefore can not be redeemed once the expiry date has passed.  

Electronic gift cards can not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.  

1. Gift cards are only available and valid as payment in ANJU’s Salon
2. The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card.
3. Gift Cards can be bought with a minimum value of £20.
4. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
5. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Gift Cards expire 12 months after the date of purchase and the remaining balance will be deducted.
7. If a client decides to receive a service which is more expensive than the amount of money loaded on a Gift Card, they must pay the difference at the appointment date.
8. Any remaining balance on a Gift Card may be used towards future purchases, before the Gift Card expires.
9. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
10. ANJU’s is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
11. The risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser or designated recipient.
12. Customers must be present with the Gift Card to make purchases in store.
13. ANJU reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
14. ANJU’s reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
