• Avoid sunbeds, saunas, exercise and swimming for at least 24 hours 
• No Heat treatments or waxing for 24 hours 
• Avoid touching and itching the area for 12 hours 
• No Botox for 14 days prior to treatment or derma fillers for a month prior to treatment 
• No other products to be applied to skin for 12 hours unless recommended by therapist
